This policy covers the "AI Playbooks Publisher" app and the AI Playbooks Instagram account (@aiplaybooks.daily), Facebook Page and YouTube channel.
The app is an internal publishing tool. It posts our own content (images and videos about AI tools) to our own Instagram account and Facebook Page through the official Meta APIs, and uploads our own short videos to our own YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services. It is not offered to other users and has no sign-up or login for the public.
We do not collect, store, sell or share personal data of visitors or followers. The app only uses the access token of our own Page and Instagram account, which is stored securely and never shared.
AI Playbooks Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. The app only accesses our own YouTube channel: it uploads our videos and reads our channel's statistics (YouTube Analytics) to see which posts perform well. These statistics are aggregated numbers about our own videos; they are kept on our own computer and are not shared or sold. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.
Storage and deletion of YouTube data: statistics received through YouTube API Services are stored only on our own computer, are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days, and are deleted within 7 days if access to our channel is revoked. We never store or use data of other YouTube users.
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
Because the app stores no personal data, there is nothing to delete. If you still have a request or a question, contact us by sending a direct message to @aiplaybooks.daily on Instagram or by opening an issue at github.com/aiplaybooks/ai-playbooks. We will reply within 30 days.
